Genesis E-Learning Systems, LLC ("GELS") was founded in 2006 to deliver next-generation e-learning solutions. Our revolutionary, patent-pending Minerva™ platform facilitates the creation of web-based educational programs that are individualized to the strengths and weaknesses of each learner; and to the specific requirements of the learner’s need. Our target clients are schools, universities, hospitals, private corporations, government agencies and any other organization involved in teaching or training. We work with our clients to render their content into dynamic and visually engaging courses that motivate people to learn.
Embedded within our proprietary Minerva™ platform is a powerful software engine wherein various software components work interactively in order to actually teach the learner without the intervention of a human teacher. The Dashboard allows a learner to monitor and analyze his or her own progress in achieving pre-set goals; while the Program Director Interface allows professors, managers, and others to monitor and analyze the performance of individual and group learners across a wide array of variables. The entire platform, including all content, is data-base driven.
The founders of our company have extensive experience and expertise in medicine, nursing, and other clinical areas of patient care; and in virtually all business aspects of healthcare. As a result, our focus is on healthcare e-learning products and services.
